Black ice blamed for fatal crash on McKees Rocks Bridge
McKEES ROCKS, Pa. – Black ice is being blamed for a fatal crash that shut down the McKees Rocks bridge early Thursday morning.

The Stowe Township police chief said a man driving a sport utility vehicle hit black ice and slammed into a utility truck about 7:30 a.m.
The driver of the SUV died in the crash, police said. His name has not been released.
The truck’s driver was not injured.
The bridge was shut down as a result of the crash. It has since reopened.
